- The workpiece is automatically centered, scanned for identification, and then enters the processing queue.
- The system retrieves process information by scanning the code and performs precise four-edge trimming.
- After processing, the workpiece is transported to an 8-station buffer conveyor line; this buffer line serves as an independent bypass channel for handling various abnormalities before subsequent operations.
- The workpiece is fixed by vacuum suction, rotated 90 degrees, and then directly transported to the edge banding station—during this process, the conveying device fully covers and supports the entire surface of the panel.

- Based on the scanned code identification results, the system sequentially performs keyhole machining, grooving, and hardware mounting hole machining (drilling and milling).
- After all processing steps are completed, the workpiece undergoes a second code scan; the intelligent system then determines its diversion path: if engraving is not required, the machine automatically proceeds to the stacking stage; if engraving is required, the machine automatically diverts the workpiece to the engraving unit.
- During the engraving process, the system uses the code information obtained from scanning to perform CNC engraving on both the front and back sides of the door panel; the workpiece is automatically flipped to machine the back side. After engraving is completed, the robotic arm automatically grips the workpiece and completes the stacking process.

Translation conveyor (abnormal output) (process stage 4)
The gantry loading/unloading machine is widely used for automatic plate feeding and unloading, utilizing vacuum adsorption to handle plates. Vertical and horizontal movements are driven by variable-frequency brake motors, ensuring precise and stable motion through rack-and-pinion mechanisms and linear guide rails.

Temporary storage machine (process stage 5 and 18)
The equipment is used for the on-line temporary storage of panels. It features a power roller table that feeds the panels into a storage rack, while a motor-driven sprocket chain lifts the rack to store and retrieve the panels. In the rear section, a power roller table discharges the panels in batches, thereby improving the overall production efficiency of the line.
Rotary gantry machine(process stage 6 and 10)
The rotary gantry machine can rotates the wpc doors panel by 90 or 180 degrees. Working in conjunction with an edge sealing machine and a roller conveyor, it enables four-sided edge sealing. The equipment comprises three main parts: a frame, a rotating unit, and a sponge suction cup assembly.
