This gantry loader and unloader is designed for automated feeding and unloading of sheet materials. It uses vacuum suction to grip and move the door panel. Horizontal and vertical motions are driven by variable-frequency brake motors, with rack-and-pinion drives and linear guide rails ensuring the movements are precise and smooth.
The machine is primarily used in the door production line.
