The Guoquan PUR profile wrapping machine is an all-in-one solution that combines hot-melt, cold-glue, and profile wrapping in a system. It accurately laminates PVC films, wood veneers, and impregnated papers onto the face, sides, and bottom edges of linear profiles—including baseboards, door and window casings, and stair handrails—all-in-one continuous pass. The standout feature is its reactive PUR adhesive. This adhesive cures with airborne moisture to create an extremely strong, irreversible bond that permanently resists delamination. With advanced technology and an affordable price, the machine efficiently wraps extruded PVC, MDF, ABS, and PS profiles, as well as waferboard and metal panels. It works with a wide range of roll-fed materials, including vinyl, paper, CPL, PP, PET, and ABS-PMMA veneers.

Guoquan wrapping machine’s monoblock bedframe is CNC-machined and tempered to relieve internal stress. This process delivers an extremely rigid, stable platform that ensures unwavering precision at high speeds.
An inverter-controlled motor drives a lateral 90° helicoidal metal gear transmission, ensuring high torque and smooth power delivery. Durable aluminum alloy wheels allow fast format changeovers for flexible, multi-application use.
This one-piece nozzle is made from Japanese SLD tool steel with a Teflon non-stick coating. Its adjustable opening delivers precise, uniform glue application. Easily replaceable mesh filters and a multiple-feed valve ensure uninterrupted production.
