1. The vacuum press machine frame is made of high-quality steel and is welded, with force points precisely calculated to ensure no deformation and high stability.
2. The Guoquan vacuum press machine is equipped with a 100L vacuum pump and made in Germany, and is specially fitted with an independent cooling fan.
3. The machine uses PLC touch screen control, which adopts a Delta PLC touch screen. The heating system uses a microcomputer temperature controller for automatic adjustment based on temperature settings.
4. The heating chamber of the main unit is insulated by spraying polyurethane (a foamed insulation material) onto the metal shell, combined with rock wool and other insulation materials, achieving optimal thermal insulation and significantly reducing power consumption.
5. Stainless steel heating tubes provide long service life. The aluminum alloy heating platen delivers even heat distribution, and thickened copper bars are used for electrical conduction, ensuring extended durability.
6. The worktable tray bottom is formed from a single steel sheet by bending, free from welding deformation. The 8-hole design eliminates vacuum dead spots and blockages, ensuring uniform pressure distribution.
